W tym roku motywem przewodnim konkursu by\u0142a rola samorz\u0105du terytorialnego wobec wyzwa\u0144, jakie stawia XXI wiek. Przedsi\u0119wzi\u0119cie to jest organizowane przez III Liceum Og\u00f3lnokszta\u0142c\u0105ce w Wa\u0142brzychu we wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy z wy\u017cej wymienion\u0105 uczelni\u0105 oraz Wydzia\u0142em Nauk Spo\u0142ecznych Uniwersytetu Wroc\u0142awskiego.<\/p>\n<p>W\u015br\u00f3d laureat\u00f3w konkursu znalaz\u0142 si\u0119 ucze\u0144 klasy 3 ap\u00a0 Marcin Adamcewicz, kt\u00f3ry zaj\u0105\u0142 trzecie miejsce, zdobywaj\u0105c 32 punkty na 50 mo\u017cliwych.
